Darion Casado
President, Co-Owner

Darion Casado is President and Co-Owner of Karmic Investment Group, LLC. As President, Mr. Casado works closely with Vice-President Jeremy Johnson to oversee all daily operations of the company and it’s rapid growth.

Mr. Casado has extensive experience in executive level leadership and management. He has a passion for real estate and has overseen many commercial and residential real estate projects.

During his career as a United States Marine, Mr. Casado learned the power of integrity and strength in leadership of which he applies to his daily business practices.

Jeremy Johnson
Vice President, Co-Owner

Jeremy Johnson is Vice President and co-owner of Karmic Investment Group, LLC. As Vice President, Mr. Johnson works closely with Karmic’s President, Darion Casado, to manage and oversee all day-to-day aspects of the company’s rapidly expanding portfolio of projects.

Mr. Johnson previously served as Project Engineer for a civil engineering firm in Santa Ana, California, where he assisted with the design of land development projects, ranging from residential subdivisions to hotels and golf courses to amusement parks and motion picture studios. Mr. Johnson brings with him an extensive residential resume, gaining valuable experience in land development, purchasing and construction while working for two Fortune 500 residential home builders.

Mr. Johnson is a graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He also is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and is currently working on obtaining licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE).
